MINDFULNESS what is it? how to do it! "FLOATING"!
Mindfulness is something i started doing wihout knowing its called mindfulness, In a nutshell it about being in the moment and can be used as meditation.
The best way of experiencing mindfulness is what i call my "ultimate chillout" which is "floating in the sea"! obvioulsy best done in the summertime.
before you enter into mindfulness (me time) mediate on the sererity prayer "accept the things I cannot change" (the past is gone, all that matters is this moment)
This something which i have created which helps me!##
this is my floating in the sea mantra........
"visualise your stress and anxiety floating away,
concentrate on the feel of the water, how weighless you feel
envision the power of the water soaking up, washing away and all negative, thoughts
let go any feelings of fear, sadness, regret, anger,what ever are the shackles that bind and torment you
(where posible)let any depression float away(enjoy the sensation of the water), let it go, and you will
feel even lighter
your mind will be clear and your heart pure, look around at the beauty of nature and
release you are part of nature and the universe and all creation
all that has caused you pain search for the postives about what makes you life good, your health friends and family the fact that you are alive!
and allow yourself to be healed by the universe or god
and you will become pure and cleansed from the inside out!"
and savour this moment for as long as you want and SMILE! :)
